Minimum requirements (all tiers)
  • Registered Rwanda business entity (RDB Reg. No.) OR sole proprietor / individual contractor registered with RRA
  • Active TIN for invoicing
  • Functional Rwanda bank account (in Francs)
  • Business email on a custom domain (no @gmail / @yahoo addresses)
  • Law 058/2021 PDP-compliance willingness (you'll sign our DPA at contract stage)
  • Active customer relationships in Rwanda (existing book of business OR documented pipeline)
  • Capacity to invoice in Francs and receive payments locally
  • One business reference (existing customer or partner)

Affiliate: usually 3-5 business days, often same-day if KYC clears automatically. Reseller and Solutions Partner: 7-10 business days, includes a discovery call. Master Distributor and OEM: 21-45 days including founder-level meetings and legal review.
Pick the closest match. During review we may suggest a different tier — typically a more conservative one — with a documented pathway to upgrade based on performance.
No fees for Affiliate, Reseller, Solutions Partner, or Master Distributor tiers. OEM partners pay an annual platform fee covering dedicated infrastructure.
Wave 1 partners (Rwanda) get first right of refusal on Wave 2 markets at preferential terms. Master Distributors can negotiate exclusive country rights at signing.
Affiliate and Reseller: monthly, NET-15, paid in Francs to your registered local bank account. Solutions Partner: monthly recurring + quarterly implementation true-up, NET-30. All payments include RRA-compliant invoicing.
No — we operate deal registration. First partner to register a customer in our portal owns the deal for 90 days.
Sales training, demo environment access, marketing co-branded materials, technical pre-sales support, and a dedicated channel manager. Solutions Partners and above get a Solutions Engineer assigned, plus quarterly business reviews.
No penalties or clawbacks. Annual tier review allows partners to move up or down based on actual performance. OEM minimums are contractual but we work in good faith on remediation plans before triggering any clauses.
